Free time to have breakfast with friends, do some shopping in the local shops, stroll around the lovely township, or check out the merchandisers in the Civic Centre.
11.00am: Buses leave from the Civic Centre for the Bundaberg Gold Cup Races. Light Lunch provided. Returning approx 4pm to the Civic Centre allowing time to rest and prepare for the evening.
6.30 pm: Saturday Night Party. Costume - Fancy Dress. Let your hair down and party the night away to the sounds and antics of “The Brass Monkeys” an extremely talented and versatile group of musicians (Cash Bar available).
SUNDAY - 14th July
8.45 am: Buses leave from the Civic Centre to your desired tour leaving from the Civic Centre. Morning tea included and gift shopping available on all tours.

A sundowner at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre Lower Hall, Durlacher Street: 6.00pm onwards - come and have supper and drinks at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre (lower Hall – get your registration pack and mingle. Red Hat skits and entertainment will be performed (if your group would like to join in the fun with a short skit – 3mins or so – please contact Queen Scarlet). Special performance by the Red Hat Chorus.

Treasure Hunt from 9.30am around the central Geraldton area – get an early start with the clues you were given last night! Be prepared for anything – comfy shoes a good idea – let us know if you have any mobility problems,
Drop into the QEII Centre (Lower Hall) for coffee and lunch during the day – the Centre will be open all day in case you need a rest!
Optional Wild flower tour available departing 09.00am and 1.00pm cost (extra) $30 pp (please book early as numbers are limited).
Tours of HMAS Sydney are available thoughout the day – many of Geraldton’s local sites are included in the Treasure Hunt
7.00 to midnight: Colours of our Lives Dinner and Dancing to Geraldton’s own local talent – ball gowns or glamorous dress of any colour but remembering your red hat/fascinator and plenty of bling. Three course meal provided with wine. Queen Elizabeth II Centre Upper Hall - special guest for the evening: our very own Lady Enid Above Average!

Pyjama Breakfast – Join us for an Aussie breakfast at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre Lower Hall – 8.30 til 10.00am – come in your PJs and be entertained again!
12.00am - Gather on the Foreshore by the Dome for a Red Hat Parade – bring your banners and best outfits. Lunch back at the QEII Centre – time to “eat three pounds of sausages at one go” at our sausage sizzle – or just “gobble up samples” and “sit down on the pavement” for lunch!!!
There are plenty of local sites to see and visit and these will be highlighted in your registration pack
