Greetings Red Hatters, it seems hard to believe that we are already half way through February 2019!    Time is slipping by so fast, 550 days to our Fabulous 2020 Qld Girlfriend’s Giggle at the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and we are counting down to a great weekend.

We are just starting to receive the 2nd deposits due mid February 2019 and the final payment is due November 2019.    We still have over 100 places available if you haven’t made up your mind yet about attending.   I can promise you that we are hoping to have a fabulous weekend of fun, laughter, music and dancing to keep everyone bubbling and giggling.  So I hope you can come along, join in the fun and frivolity at which Red Hatters are soooo good!

Friday 14th

2 pm – 5pm                SeaWorld Resort.   Registration commences 2pm, followed by a meet and mingle afternoon with red hat merchandise.

5pm – 7.00pm             Free time, shop at the red hat merchandisers and/or make your own way along the beach for a lovely walk.

7.00pm till 10pm        Enjoy our drinks and canapes party at the Plaza at the SeaWorld Theme Park.   Theme for the evening – ‘Shawls and Sheilas’. 
The Plaza is under cover but open air.  It will be cool, Queensland does have cool nights in winter!  Hence the Shawls.   Be outrageous, daring, and/or funky with your shawls, homemade or bought.

c.      the Bling-iest shawl

There will be entertainment and cocktail nibbles.   Please dress warmly. Walking distance to Plaza 300 metres, mainly flat (wear suitable walking shoes). Anyone with walking problems, please advise.

7.45am – 8.30am       Exclusive Shark Bay Encounter with Marine Specialist.  Maximum 150 guests, so get in early!  

9am till 3pm              Optional tours as below.   Limited spaces in each so get your choices in early.  Payment when tour booking.  Or you can spend the day at the SeaWorld Theme Park for a special entry price of $35 for resident guests.  Or do your own thing on the Gold Coast!

Various times             Return to your hotel.   You will have free time to do as you please, whether it is socializing, shopping, walking on the beach or having a nanny nap, whatever!
